Sarah brings over 10 years of experience to FitZone Gym. Her holistic approach to fitness combines functional strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and mindful nutrition to help clients not just look better, but feel better and perform at their peak.

A former collegiate track athlete, Sarah understands the dedication required to achieve high-level goals. She specializes in working with busy professionals, helping them find efficient, effective workouts that fit into demanding schedules. Her philosophy is simple: consistency over perfection, and building a sustainable lifestyle rather than quick fixes.

When she's not coaching on the floor, Sarah enjoys hiking, participating in local powerlifting meets, and experimenting with healthy baking recipes.
